1863 1ngr lilac-red, two singles and one pair, used on 22.110.1869 entire letter from Leipzig to Lyon, tied by cds’s on origin, framed “B.6K.” hs and red French entry alongside, being underpaid on dispatch and charged with 4 decimes due on arrival in ms, the pair was overlapping the edge of the cover at right and was consequently creased (cover refolded in order to show it complete); a rare underpaid mail to France.
