1850 First-Issue group of five stamps, including 3kr on piece with very rare “K. K. ÖST. F. POST”/Galatz” cds (Müller 3440a, 2’625pts), used in Moldavia during the occupation of Moldavia and Walachia, other cds’s include two 45c with “FELDPOST N°1”, 30c “FELKDPOST N°3” and 15c “R.POSTA MILIT.inI. No.1” (these catalogued in Sassone for about €9’000), used in Bologna and Ancona during the occupation of the Italian States and the war against Sardinia and France, a very rare and most appealing group.
