Würbenthal. 1850 3kr displaying large even margins, tied to piece by complete and exceptionally fine strike of sunburst surrounded by pearls at top and “WÜRBENTHAL” below, probably the finest example recorded of this exceedingly rare postmark, being even more beautiful than those outstanding examples included in the Caspary and Jerger collections, a key item in the advanced collection of Austrian cancellations, being a quintessential combination of rarity and beauty; Müller 3287b, 4’375pts.
