Siegharts” two-line datestamp paying the double rate to the border, treated as unpaid on arrival and charged with “38” decimes in ms, Vienna, green Belgian entry and receiving cds’s on reverse, some faults to cover not affecting the franking, a rare usage; Müller 886a, 50pts.
