Tarnopol, in modern day Ukraine. 1850 6kr, crisp impression of the early printing and ample even margins, tied by three different hs including curved “RECOMMANDIRT”, “TARNOPOL” straight-line and “2 JUN” dater, on 1850 cover to Lemberg, with registration franking lacking on reverse, docket of receip inside on 3.6.1850, very light horizontal bend, a very rare usage on the second day of issue, and probably the earliest registered mail known from Galizia; Ferchenbauer €7’500 for the date; Müller 2874a + 3715g, 15pts + 350pts; Lange & Fialkowski sale (1973).
