Description

1917-20 group of four Telegrams all with rare censor marks, first from Rasht to Tehran with violet No. 553 octagonal PASSED BY CENSOR handstamp, second from Rasht to Tehran with rare horizontally framed PASSED BY CENSOR/ NORPERFORCE handstamp, third Teheran to Rasht with circular Observed By Inspector No. 9 censor in violet and finally Tabriz to Tehran with control Tehran Telecommunication 33 censor in violet. The last two come with IPSC Certs (2024) and three are of the highest ‘6’ rating in Farzin Mosavar Rahmani Censor’s book.
