Incoming Mail: 1909 (7.12.) registered envelope from ‘Legation Imperiale de Perse/ A St. Petersbourg’ to Minister of Justice, Teheran, franked on reverse with pairs of 3k and 7k tied by single oval date stamp, this cancel repeated on front with small part missing from corner loss of envelope, to left S-Petersbourg/ gare Nicolas registration label, arrival cancel tying red scallop label, reduced at side.
