1866-1867 Maximilian issue, districts San Luis Potosi, Tepeji del Rio, Toluca, Tulancingo, Vera Cruz, Zacatecas and many sub consignment numbers nice item including 82 mint and used stamps (72 lithographed and 10 engraved) and seven letters with different shades and high quality cancellations, several valuable and rare stamps (six Mepsi certificates), CV around 9’500€ (cat. Folansbee and Yvert), very fine condition.
