1876 (28 Nov) unpaid outer letter sheet to Havre with octagonal Port Au Prince datestamp, endorsed “pr Colombie”, charged ’12’ decimes on arrival, reverse with D No.2 maritime date stamp and arrival cancels. An unusual unpaid item that incurred 1f20 charge instead of 1f postage.
