Lot 95032 – China Shanghai local post collection

Collection in album with accumulation of Large Dragons in various printings in generally mixed condition but including fine large margined examples, 4ca yellow laid paper unused with repaired corner, many are signed, plus a further selection of five essays and forgery/reprints,1860s Small Dragons unused, 2c perf 15 hinged mint, 1867 1 ‘cands’ for ‘cand’ hinged mint, 1877 1ca on 3a and 1ca on 6ca unused, later extensive Small Dragons unused or hinged mint plus a few used, 1890s surcharges, 1890s De Villard issues including 5c blue with black inscriptions doubled with small crease hinged, three unused imperf proofs and Postage Due 2c., 5c., 10c., 15c. and 20c imperf unused proofs, selection of postal stationery mostly unused (40). A good lot with mainly genuine stamps, most forgeries identified as such.
