1864, Rivadavia 10c green semi-worn impression and 15c blue clear impression, perforated 11½ on entire 18 Nov. 1864 from Concordia to Buenos Aires. Stamps cancelled centrally by a single blue oval Concordia postmark with ornaments. A scarce, fresh, and very attractive bi-colour franking to pay the five-fold letter rate; signed Pascal Scheller; ex Dale-Liechtenstein and Pack.
