1866 Government official imitations with overprints on 2a 4a, 8a full “FOREGIN BILL” stamps, with gum, each with minor imperfections, very scarce as these stamps were cut from top and bottom by forgers in an attempt to pass as genuine stamps, hence only few sets with full stamps remain.
