1942 (Jul 6) local cover with block of four of 1a brown (SG43) showing the heavy weight rate of local postage. The date inferred from Hindi cancel in back saying “6 July 42”. The cover going from Pansemal, Barwani to revenue office in Barwani. Later issues of Barwani on covers are scarce, very fine (SG £ 1140).
