1869 Letter from Heraklion (Candia) (July 7th/19th, 1869) to Syros (July 8th/20th, 1869) franked with blue Franz-Joseph 10 soldi. The Greek domestic rate of 20 lepta for a letter up to 15 grams was paid at the arrival of the disembarkation harbour, written in blue pencil on the front, with a pair of 10 lepta from the cleaned plates printings (1868-1869).
