1840-1980, Collection on printed leaves from 1840 1d and 2d, the 2d just four margins both fresh with large part red MC, other line engraved, surface printed with some fine used examples and some used abroad including 10d and 2s blue used A25 of Malta, 1867-83 wmk Cross 5s central Manchester cds, 1880 1s orange-brown plate 13, 1883-84 10s mint and used, 1891 £1 used full Plymouth cds, 1887-92 and KEVII used with mostly large part to full cds, 10s faded used and £1 creased mint, KGV with UPU mint dried gum, Officials including Army 1/2d and 1d OFFICIAI hinged mint, Board of Trade perfins and Regionals. A fine basis for expansion, ex. Weinman-Lays.
