Pl.3, neatly cancelled by “444” numeral cancels, the adhesives with small faults thoiugh an attractive franking.The sender over paid 2d. due to a misunderstanding of the rate “20 3/4 cents” being 18 3/4 cents inland postage and 2c. ship letter fee.
