1845 (Nov 15) 1d Mulready lettersheet, stereo A10 forme 1, endorsed “O.H.M.S.” and sent from Andover to the Stamp Office in Winchester (Hampshire), cancelled by superb strike of 1844-type “21” numeral, reverse with despatch and arrival ds, with message inside in the same blue ink requesting legal forms, a scarce official usage and a stunning Mulready.
