Description
1881/1885 King Carol I “Pearls” definitive issue stamps on covers (3) with different rates: domestic letter (15b) and registered rate (15b+25b), and a foreign letter rate (25b) cover. The cover to Vienna, Austria bears beautiful strikes of the Targu Frumos thimble postmark. The registered mourning cover is missing the back flap, otherwise fine condition.
