Description
40 pa. blue on white paper, a toned (probably by the gum) four margins example with a upper left corner crease, on small cover from Iasi to Botosani superbly tied by a clear oval FRANCO JASSY marking in red, with the dated JASSY MOLDOVA 15/3 cds alongside. Arrival BOTUSCHANI MOLDOVA 19/3 in black brown on reverse. Some aging, but a presentable item in fine condition. Signed Nathanson.
