1920s-1940s, Mint and used Occupations collection in album with, as they appear, Bohemia Moravia, Slovakia, France Dunkirk 1940 first day of validity cover with Pickenpack Cert (1977), Poland, Serbia, etc. Plebiscites with Allenstein sets, Danzig, Memel, Saar with 1948 Flood Relief airmail min sheet never hinged, Upper Silesia. Mostly good to fine condition, ex. Weinman-Lays.
