Attest U. Steiner 2008. 1856 outer letter sheet to Constantinopoli, endorsed “Col Vapore” franked 1850 3Kr and 9Kr, both machine paper, good to close margins tied by two Triest Abends cds, arrival backstamp 29/8, a clean example of first issue to Constantinople, U.
