1923-24 First Portrait Issue 20m deep green in mint lower marginal block of 20 without control number, showing listed varieties on pos. 81 and 97 “retouch over top left lotus” on the first stamp and “retouch to uraeus and area above on seventh stamp”, a very fine and rare multiple (the only such recorded with both varieties) and a must for the specialist (NP $180 just for the no-control block of four with variety).
