1870 (14 Ago) registered envelope to Vienna bearing fine three colour franking 20pa, 1pi and 2pi tied Mehalla cds, framed Raccomandate handstamp above, reverse with Alessandria transit of next day, without arrival maybe due to the lack of backflap, an attractive and very rare cover, RPSL Cert (1872)
