1872 (18.3) Small neat envelope from Cairo via Alexandria to Rome, franked with Egypt 3rd Issue 1pi. and two Italy 1867 Issue 20 centesimi, letter travelled to Alexandria through the Egyptian Post Office and was then handed to the Italian Post Office on 1872 (19.3), arrival cancellation in Rome 1872 (25.3), attractive and scarce combinations usage; signed Alberto Diena; ex Kurt Wolfsbauer.
