1913-28, collection of “SPECIMEN” stamps from the Madagascar archives, incl. 1913 5d, 6d, 1s, 2s (SG138 & 138b) and 3s, War Tax (Dec) 1918 3d, 1918 (Jun 1d) and 3d, 1921 set of 8, 1922-26 set of 14 and 1928 set of 11, with three of each (mostly in strips) tied to pieces by “POSTES ET TELEGRAPHS / COLLECTION / DE / BERNE / MADAGASCAR”, a unique group.
