1908 Arms 3R in pink, attractive essay of an unissued design with arms in centre, small touch-ups by hand, affixed to card (90x115mm) dated “Jan 16th 08” with ms “Dupl.”(icate) at lower left; ex De La Rue archives (illustrated on p.1917 of the De La Rue Collection by Frank Walton et al), Robert Marion and “Port Louis”.
