1900-05 Arms issue, De La Rue Appendix sheet date Aug 12 1895 mounted with 11 different 3c. colour trials with purple head plate, plus a green head plate with hand-painted “2Rs 50Cts”, each initialled with the proposed value alongside, a spectacular and unique page; ex De La Rue archives (illustrated on p.1901 of the De La Rue Collection by Frank Walton et al) and “Port Louis”.
