1899 (April) Mahé de la Bourdonnais, 15c in ten different imperforate colour trials in ultramarine (as issued), yellow, carmine, myrtle-green, indigo, orange, red-orange, mauve, red-brown and sepia, a very rare and beautiful group with all but the red-orange and mauve; ex De La Rue Archives, Kanai and “Port Louis”.
