Dublin County – Dun Laoghaire: 1819 Entire letter to Monastereven, uprated 1d for the Penny Post to 6d, which included 5d for the 25 to 35 miles, showing on face handstruck “1” of the Penny Post and a very clear though slightly over inked DUNLEARY/PENNY POST, backstamped red “ribbon” 9 OCLOK MN timestamp, an extremely rare Penny Post handstamp, ex. Fred Dixon.
