Dublin – Kingstown: 1823 (30.7) Folded entire sent from Kingston to Sligo, showing large red oval KINGS TOWN/PENNY POST of the Dublin Penny Post and small “1” handstamp alongside, a scarce usage of this Penny Post type hs with it’s only other use at the Royal Arcade.
