1887-1900 Jubilee issue 2 1/2d colour trial in green on yellow paper, line perf.14 all around, mint l.h., very fine and fresh, very rare; ex Weiss and Besançon.
Note: The colour trials of the 2 1/2d, 3d and 6d were produced by De La Rue for a report to demonstrate how to avoid the newly discovered threat of photographic forgery.
