1902 (21 Aug – 6 Sep.) 1d. stamp size die proof in black on glazed card, affixed to part De La Rue Striking book piece showing the number of leads taken, showing an entry for 20 leads on 21 Aug possibly for colour trial plates of 20 for 4th Sept.; rare. Ex “Aurelius” (Grosvenor 2009).
