Letter carried by Inman Line’s City of Baltimore, which departed Halifax, NS April 29; Dublin arrival AP 30 1871 on back. The unique example of this franking with a bisect 2d and a showpiece for the top collector. A very attractive envelope on which the address panel has been restored. SG 12b.
