1946 Decorative registered commercial envelope Mecca-Chicago, bearing 1934 Tughra issues 1g block of four and pair together with 1946 1/2g lilac-rose perforated issue and the hospital tax stamp 1/8g red, Mecca boxed registration marking on front, reverse showing Jeddah and New York transits and Chicago reg. arrival 22 May 1946. Attractive envelope with a very scarce combination of stamps.
