1914-31 Waterlow Seahorse 2s6d sepia-brown in mint n.h. top marginal block of 8 from plate HV1, with proving guide cross at top, position R2/1 not showing the major re-entry variety, all stamps showing a close but clear albino double impression 1mm to the right, gum disturbance in top margin just affecting the upper row, minor marks and a little perf. splitting, a very fine positional multiple.
