1906 (Jul 3) envelope sent registered to Cyprus with 1906 Beyrout Provisional 1pi on 2d in combination with 1905-12 2d, both tied by Beyrout registered oval ds, with Larnaca arrival cds adjacent, undelivered with address crossed out and returned to sender with further Larnaca despatch and Beyrouth arrival on reverse, envelope slightly trimmed at top, a very rare mixed usage of this provisional issue with a normal issue, signed G.
