1856 (Jun 18) envelope sent from St. Lucy with 1855-58 (1d) pale blue, fine to very large margins, tied by crisp and scarce “11” barred numeral with ms “2d” adjacent, reverse with cds, fine and scarce inland usage, a very early usage if not the earliest recorded of S.G. 9 (see Barbados The Britannia Issues by M.
