1840, 1d black accumulation of 136 examples arranged by plate on stocksheets, the majority have four margins and whilst there is the occasional fault, many are fine examples, with pl.1a (10 incl. 2 with black MC), pl.1b (21, plus 1 red and 1 matched red), 2 (12), pl.3 (8), pl.4 (9 plus a pair), pl.5 (11+ 2 matched reds), pl.6 (12), pl.7 (6), pl.8 (20 plus a pair), pl.9 (11) and pl.10 (7), and seven unplated four margin examples, a fine and important holding.
