1928 SCADTA Provisionals 50c on 10c green as well as 75c on 15c, 1s on 20c (2), 1s on 20c “R” and “POSTAL” 20c, all tied by Guayaquil SCADTA violet circular datestamps to airmail cover sent registered Barranquilla, Colombia, cover has been a bit cleaned, stamps are in fine condition, a very rare cover showing these provisional issues especially with the the rare 50c on 10c green (Yv. 1, 2, 3, 6, €2’015 off cover).
