1840 1d black, pl. 1b BA tied to INCOMING folded letter from Malta by black Maltese Cross, privately forwarded from Malta, then posted at ‘T.P. Ebury St’ + at back red shield pmk ‘SP 9 1841’, interesting contents, a very fine and extremely scarce item, cert. K. A. Louis stating “only 2 such covers known to me to date”.
