1889 Transfer Duty Revenue stamps mint on 3 pages, each optd. SPECIMEN with surcharged 3d to 10/- lilac (9), 3d to 10/- in blue (9) and 3d to 10/- in olive (9), mostly fine, one or two with a little toning, 1/6d blue blunnt corner, an attractive and scarce group.
