1876 unissued 8d purple-brown mint wing marginal example optd. SPECIMEN (type 8), without gum, thinned and a trifle soiled, very rare with only 11 recorded by Galland and Louis with type 8 and only two with the overprint horizontal; ex Koh-i-nor (S.G. £4’500).
