1858-76 2d blue SD pl.13 perf.14 on Dr. Perkins paper with partial “SPECIMEN” overprint, mint o.g., very scarce, listed but unpriced by SG (S.G. Spec G3x.). Note: The Perkins “SPECIMEN” overprint is not listed in Gibbons or Huggins.
