1864-79 1d red SA pl.121 perf.14 on Dr. Perkins paper with “SPECIMEN” overprint, unused, short perf upper left, very scarce with few examples recorded (S.G. Spec. G1w, £6’500). Note: The Perkins “SPECIMEN” overprint is not listed in Gibbons or Huggins.
Only 15 examples recorded by Graeme Sherman in his article in the GB Journal vol.6 no.3. pp.62-68
