1840 1d Mulready envelope, stereo A148, with type 2 “SPECIMEN” handstamp over “ONE PENNY”, seemingly removed from an archive page with side panels cut away (as all examples are) and some damage to the flaps, very rare and unique for this stereo (S.G. £3’750), plus unused 2d Mulready wrapper (stereo a199), an unused 1d Mulready envelope (soiled, creased) and a Lord Holland 1d facsimile.
