1863 envelope bearing three-colour franking to Berlin, adhesives with four-ring cancels with Rush N.Y. cds in association, envelope endorsed at top “via Hamburg or Bremen lines”, blue three-line AMERICA/ uber BREMEN/ FRANCO handstamp additionally tying 2c Jackson which is proud of envelope at top, a good example of international mail during the Civil War
