Lot 32033 – 1934 Proclamtion set of 12 imperf perf specimen

1932 Proclamation of Emir Saud set of twelve both imperforated and perforated affixed to large piece that is headed in pencil “Royaume D’Arabe Saudite”, each overprinted SPECIMEN when received from the U.P.U., the perforated 10g with small surface scrape bottom left, a couple with some ageing. the second manuscript a top in Portuguese translates as 36 stamps. Probably the only set so overprinted. An important item for the Kingdom collector
