1865, three different embossed 20 Paras “POSTE LOCALE” tricoloured essays, mounted on card, fine and hightly appealing possibly related to the Liannos Local Post in Constantinople. The issued stamps of Liannos have been printed by Perkins Bacon, these three essays are considered to be unique and they represent a great Turkey rarity. Very fine.Auction
