1870 (Oct 14) “Ballons Montés” entire sent to Warsaw, franked with France Empire 80c perf. tied by “15” dotted star with Paris despatch adjacent, transported by either “Le Jules Favre” or “Le Jean Bart”, reverse showing Barlliaba arrival on the backflap which opens to display nicely, an extremely rare destination for a balloon cover from the Paris Siege and a great rarity for a Poland airmail collector; cert.
