Lot 30743 – Tuscany stamps and postal history collection

Collection: Home made pages with set of proofs plus some additional values, issued stamps with 1q black on grey used with four good to large margins with Vaccari and e Diena Certs, 1s bistre orange on grey with margin just touched at base, E. Diena Cert, 1856 newspaper front franked 1s with three margins tied five bar cancel and red P.D., 1cr (9) in various shades plus vertical pair and horizontal strip of three (touched margins at base), further strip of three with touched margins on cover Livorno to Napoli, 2cr (7) with variable margins plus an entire, 4cr shades (8) plus a horizontal strip of four, similar 6cr (14) and 9cr (9), 6cr and 9cr single franking covers, 1856 outer letter sheet from Livorno to Genoa franked 2cr and pair 6cr cancelled black P.D with two-line Da Livorno/ VIA DI MARE, 1857 issues with 1q (2) and 1s with poor margins, 1cr (3, two with four margins), one cancelled framed PD and duplicated values to 6cr, 1859 9cr brown lilac used with framed PD just touched at right otherwise clear margins (Raybaudi Cert 2000). A fine lot, stamps not always four margined as usually encountered but still many fine examples; ex Stewart Gardiner.
